Attention shooters: this could be your big break. If you’re handy with a camera; have a good eye and a sweet setting; have or know someone who has a solid whip shod in Falken rubber you can snap pictures of; and Photoshop skills never hurt, then maybe you have what it takes to succeed in Falken Tire’s latest and greatest campaign – the Falkenspotting Photo Contest.
Devised as a way for Falken-loyal enthusiasts to show off their rides, the contest is open to builds of all stripes – import to domestic, classic to modern, cars and trucks. Subjects need to be outfitted in Falken tires, and submitting photographers must be the rightful owner of the images. The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents within the United States only and are at least 18 years old.
Photographer and car super-nerd Larry Chen will select three monthly winners based on achieving four key criteria:
-Originality and creativity of the submission
-Commercial appeal of the submission
-Overall quality of the submission
-Submission’s success in representing the Falken brand (that is, the person submitting the entry’s interpretation of the Falken brand)
Cash prizes will be awarded for first to third place each month. The first prizewinner will receive $500; second, $300; and third, $200.
